Experience Design Intern
Job Summary
Support projects with a keen focus on the consumer with the expectation of a single, simple, unified experience that helps them achieve their goals. In this position you will work closely and under direct supervision of the Experience Design and Strategy Lead to assist multiple programs and cross-functional teams utilizing human centered design principles.
Job Duties
- Support user research activities that include interviewing, data analysis and synthesis
- Translate insights from research to project strategy and product/service offerings
- Develop journey maps, service blueprints and personas based on user research
- Advocate for customer needs through storytelling, including writing, visual, and verbal communication that helps other teams build empathy for current experiences
- Communicate complex concepts and ideas into impactful insights, frameworks and narratives using storytelling and information design
- Use appropriate software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, Figma or related tools to create high quality deliverables
- Manage multiple projects concurrently

Required Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program in the field of design (human centered design, interaction, graphic, industrial design, or other related field)
