Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will mine and integrate data across multiple digital and traditional channels using modern analytic and data visualization tools to measure effectiveness, uncover deep insights, and make recommendations on strategy.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for determining data and planning needs by communicating with medical directors, administrators, analysts, and personnel at all levels throughout the health plan.
  • Identifies issues and formulates hypotheses.
  • Performs data and various forms of market research identifying business opportunities.
  • translates information and develops concrete business plans.
  • Responsible for planning and running focus groups using internal resources, as well as hiring and managing external market research firms.
  • Manage communication and relationships on an organizational level and work with multiple departments.
  • Possesses ability to work within a matrix structure with operations, finance, underwriting, and sales.
  • Responsible for preparing presentation documents and building high level maps and graphs.
  • Responsible for presenting informative reports to administrators and various internal and external audiences.
  • Responsible for understanding the capabilities of software used throughout the organization to extract market data.
  • Understands the process flow of the sales and marketing and underwriting process and recommends changes to data capture and metrics used to describe potential and actual sales.
  • Provides training and mentoring to all new hires within department.
  • Manages market research function for the plan including annual planning and budgeting, and coordination of specific research projects from inception to presentation of findings emphasizing understanding, use and operational implication and relevance of the research.

Position Details

  • Preferred experience working with multiple tools and technologies to support analytic activities that include:
    • Google Analytics (specifically GA4)
    • Google tag manager
    • Reporting/Data Visualization: (Datorama)
    • Customer Analytics (CRM/CDP)
    • Email Analytics
  • Ability to create a maintain reports and dashboards to track goals across campaign layers
  • A self-starter and ability to prioritize time across multiple projects with ability to work with minimal direction.
  • A strong and concise communicator with ability to simplify messaging for varying audiences.
  • You are highly organized and enjoy working with the details and enjoys collaborating with others needed to achieve an outcome.

Education

Bachelor's Degree- (Required)

Experience

Minimum of 1 year-Healthcare (Required), Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
