Research Interviewer - PRN
Job Summary
Administers survey research interviews via telephone on various research projects. Records responses using on a computer assisted survey execution system following specific project driven protocols and procedures.
Job Duties
- Administers survey research interviews.
- Contacts study subjects according to specific study protocols.
- Gains cooperation of the Respondent.
- Administers interviews following scripts and instruments, using approved interviewing techniques and protocols.
- Accurately and completely records interview responses on system using survey software.
- Pilots test interview instruments in development and provide feedback to supervisor.
- Obtains updated address and phone information.
- Follows project-specific protocol using directory assistance, available data, chart requests, and subject provided contracts, directories or other sources.
- Performs general study related activities.
- Identifies study problems.
- Performs related clerical tasks.
- Attends interviewer staff meetings and project trainings.
- Attends internal trainings as needed.

Education
