Job Summary

The Director of AI Product Management will define the predictive healthcare product roadmap, set clinical data strategies, and lead a team of product managers in reimagining healthcare workflows. This role involves nurturing relationships with clinical and operational leaders to ensure their needs are met, bringing new predictive healthcare products into operation, and overseeing a team dedicated to innovation in healthcare technology.

Job Duties

  • Manages, mentors, and develops a team of product managers.
  • Oversees multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers and statisticians, in product development.
  • Creates and communicates a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Defines the predictive healthcare product roadmap.
  • Guides the acquisition and management of new clinical data sources.
  • Provides clinical data management support across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Reimagines and optimizes existing program workflows through user observation, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Discovers new opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical settings.
  • Nurtures relationships with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment with their needs.
  • Collaborates with IT staff, clinicians, and faculty to translate cutting-edge technology into operational outcomes.
  • Ensures programs address measurable problems and deliver quantifiable results.
  • Conducts hands-on analysis and statistical forecasting to guide program informatics and design.

Education

Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Master's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required), Minimum of 8 years-Related work experience (Required)
