We are led by our social compact which ensures both leaders and providers are setting expectations and holding each other accountable. Together, we have committed to a set of principles, including:
Leading healthcare change starts with open minds and lifelong learning. From the breakroom to the classroom to employee resource groups, at Geisinger, you can feel confident knowing that when you speak, your voice will be heard. With our inclusive culture, comprehensive benefits, research and teaching opportunities, Center for Professionalism & Provider Well-Being and more, you’ll have opportunities to make a difference in the lives of your patients and neighbors.
Our physicians support each other in finding new approaches to patient care, while still making time to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with family and friends. Here are just a few of the ways we’re doing more to care for you and each other:
At Geisinger, we empower you to bring your whole self to the job – working side-by-side with industry leaders to create new care delivery models.
With our Diversity and Inclusion Council, we’re committed to providing culturally competent care, and giving you the support you need to give back to your family, friends and neighbors. Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide opportunities for all Geisinger employees to build internal and external networks and further develop professionally. ERGs are formed around common identities but are open to all employees.Learn more about our ERGs
