Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide opportunities for all Geisinger employees to build internal and external networks and further develop professionally. ERGs are formed around common identities but are open to all employees.

Geisinger supports more than 80 full-time faculty and clinician researchers with expertise across a wide array of disciplines, including informatics, data science, precision health, genomics, implementation science and outcomes research. Researchers here have access to truly unique data, including Geisinger’s MyCode Community Health Initiative. With over 250,000 patient-participants, MyCode is the largest study of its kind pairing genomic and electronic health record data for research, resulting in numerous high-impact publications in top journals such as NEJM, JAMA and Science. We’ve also been awarded NCI-NCORP designation for our commitment to cancer clinical trial participation.

The Geisinger Academy provides a continuum of learning opportunities, including courses, certificates, master’s degrees, communities of practice and executive education.
