Job Summary
Geisinger is proud to offer a full-time Float RN up to a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! $40.00 minimum hiring rate with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Position Details
Full-Time Inpatient RN positions with the Geisinger Float Pool in the Central, PA region require the following:
(.9) FTE schedule, 36 hours/weekly
Option of day/night rotation schedule or straight nights schedule
Option to self-schedule in (4) week time blocks
*No straight day shift schedules are offered
Options to work with the Regional Med-Surg Float Team, the Adult and/or Pediatrics ICU Float Team, or a combination of both are available based on work experience.
Specialty float premiums include the following:
Additional $5 - Adult ICU Float
Additional $8 - Regional Med-Surg and Adult ICU Float
Additional $10 - Regional Med-Surg, Adult ICU, and Peds ICU Float
Sign-On incentives include the following:
$21,500 hiring incentive offered to Adult and/or Pediatric Float RNs
$24,000 hiring incentive offered to Regional Med Surg Float RNs
Options for 'Committed' Flex RNs with the Central Float Team are also available. These positions require a 6-week assignment minimum and are non benefits eligible. Hourly base rates start at $55.00 hourly, with eligibility to earn additional in both shift differential and specialty float premium pay.
