Identity and Access Management Engineer Senior (Work from Home - Eastern United States)
Job Summary
Ensures appropriate access to resources across complex information systems to meet increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. Provides expertise for Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure including integration of systems, participating in upgrades, responding to incidents, diagnosing and resolving problems, and documentation and execution of processes.
Job Duties
- Provides leadership and expertise for IAM infrastructure including integration of systems, participating in upgrades, responding to incidents, diagnosing and resolving problems, and documentation/execution of processes.
- Authors technical and training documentation on general system designs, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Evaluates, recommends and implements new system software products, product updates and new releases.
- Maintains an inventory of products, current release level and all updates or local modifications.
- Performs in the role of technical lead and/or project manager for assigned projects.
- Manages vendor relationships to resolve issues quickly and define enhancements needed.
- Follows ITIL change management and other system standards.
- Maintains current knowledge of the IAM industry, trends and software/hardware products.
- Understands and complies with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines including HIPAA and PCI.
- Establishes and maintains a multi-year technology roadmap for assigned technologies.
- Leads the disaster recovery planning process and ensures high availability of IAM systems.
- Participates in on-call rotation and be available while serving on-call on a rotating basis.
- Provides training and mentoring to other analysts on the team for their specialized area of expertise.
- Continually look to implement automation processes and LEAN techniques for assigned technology.

Position Details
- On-Call rotation required.
- IAM experience is a plus; Identity Governance, Single Sign-On/Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Digital Certificates, Remote Access, etc.
