Job Duties
As the RN Systems Coordinator Quality Measurement and Reporting you'll join a dynamic, engaged team where you'll use your skills in analysis, testing, documentation, problem resolution and implementation of solutions to drive system strategies.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
At least five (5) years of Registered Nurse (RN) work experience is required.
At least two to three years of Quality Improvement experience is highly preferred. This role requires a strong background in clinical report development and data analysis to support the organizations strategy.
Previous experience with EPIC and MIDUS is helpful.
This role is full-time, 40 hours, exempt (salaried), and eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.

Position Details
Responsible for the coordination of personnel and performing tasks related to project completion including analysis, testing, documentation, problem resolution and implementation of solutions as they apply to the organization's strategy. Requires a strong background in clinical report development and data analysis. Responsible for performing and coordinating tasks related to report development including specification preparation, design, testing, validation, analysis and maintenance for clinical reporting projects.
- Creates and fosters change in a positive proactive manner.
- Fosters problem solving using critical thinking skills.
- Maintain expert level of knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practices and measure specifications related to core measures and outcome-based quality measures.
- Assists with assuring appropriateness of administrative coding data for quality reporting.
- Responsibility for data extraction, opportunity for improvement reviews, interpretation, analysis and translation to more non-technical staff and customers.
- Ensures accuracy and validity of data used in assigned clinical process and outcome-based reports and analysis.
- Monitors Pay-For-Reporting and Pay-for–Performance initiatives to support improvement via maximum and timely use of improvement opportunities.
- Assists clinical departments and programs in timely monitoring of performance related to regulatory requirements in support of certification and accreditation and reimbursement achievement.
- Assists with educating staff on documentation improvement strategies.
- Develops measurement and monitoring functions related to outcomes associated with improvement activities, etc.
- Supports staff education regarding quality activities.
- Provides training for development of project plans, timeliness and reports.
- Disseminates information to members of the delivery team to facilitate changes in practice.
- Meets with interested parties on a regular basis to review and monitor data collection.
- Stays abreast of relevant current best practice initiatives and regulatory developments.
