Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of personnel and tasks related to project completion including analysis, training, testing, documentation problem resolution, and implementation an application. Responsible for the development and management of project plans and functions as the primary IT contact.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for problem analysis, including interviews of relevant personnel.
  • Analyzes documents, files, reports, and other application related workflows.
  • Reviews or prepares flow charts, system test plan, reports, and upgrade requirements.
  • Organizes information in accessible project files and maintains tables and master files.
  • Assures documentation exists for procedures, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
  • Prepares and reviews project requirements documents and design specifications, including implementation analysis.
  • Designs new or improved systems, including reports.
  • Develops and or reviews project plans, maintains issue lists, and provides solutions to issues.
  • Completes and or reviews requests for proposals and analyzes vendor proposals.
  • Recommends system enhancements to provide continuing efficiencies to the end user.
  • Reports project progress and activity to IT management as required.
  • Responsible for preparing training materials and provides training for users and operations personnel.
  • Completes the planning, testing, and documenting application upgrades and Disaster Recovery and IT Compliance planning, testing, and documentation.
  • Assists in the preparation of department policies, procedures, and standards.
