Pulmonary Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Geisinger is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in practicing 100% Pulmonary Medicine, to join our welcoming practice in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Job Duties
At a Glance:
- Comprehensive specialty training provided to be successful
- Provider skill mix: 5 attendings and 3 APs
- Provider primarily performs outpatient consultations and occasionally inpatient consultations
- See general pulmonary cases such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer and post COVID complications
- Outpatient appointments are 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow up visits
- Competitive compensation plus $10k start incentive
