Administrative Fellow I
Job Summary
The administrative fellowship is a yearlong management track position. The fellowship will engage an individual in the operation of Geisinger through active involvement in the planning, executing, and analysis of components of current and future operations, initiatives, and programs. Administrative Fellow will be independently responsible for leading projects that support the goals and objectives of Geisinger. Goals and expectations will be clearly defined at the initiation of the program.
Job Duties
- Lead operation-based initiatives as assigned by senior preceptor.
- Review and report on operational information as required by management.
- Design, maintain, and analyze reports for management as assigned.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement new processes that support business goals.
- Direct analyses in support of project activities.
- Present progress on project deliverables at periodic management meetings.
- Work in conjunction with management to oversee strategic planning and business development.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with individuals holding positions at various levels of the organization and promote teamwork in problem resolution.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education
Masters Degree required or current enrollment in and good standing with a CAHME accredited Masters Degree conferring program- (Required), Master's Degree-Business Administration/Healthcare Management (Preferred)Skills
