Job Duties

Geisinger is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in practicing 100% Pulmonary Medicine to join their welcoming practice near State College, PA.

  • Comprehensive specialty training provided to be successful (opportunity to train in sleep)
  • See mostly asthma, copd, respiratory failure, pneumonia, etc in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Monday-Friday, typical clinic hours and no call
  • Join a team of 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
  • Competitive compensation plus $10k incentive

Position Details

GEISINGER-LEWISTOWN HOSPITAL: is a 133-bed acute care community hospital serving the 80,000 residents of Mifflin and Juniata counties and members of the contiguous counties of Centre, Perry, Snyder, and Huntingdon. Established in 1905, the hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, wellness and community services while employing over 1,000 full-time and part-time employees and providing a medical staff consisting of more than 150 physicians and allied health practitioners representing specialties ranging from family medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology to infectious disease and general/cardiovascular surgery.
