Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator
Job Summary
In this role, you will develop and oversee the LIFE Geisinger Outreach and Enrollment Plan, advertising campaign, and associated written and electronic materials within the defined departmental operating budget. Responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies within the healthcare and senior service communities through presentations, education opportunities, and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Maintains a referral tracking system and routinely reports findings to leadership.
Job Duties
- Performs individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources including hospital discharge planning, local physician offices, social service organizations, home health agencies, emergency response units , churches, and various organizations.
- Maintains consistent, close contact with existing referral sources.
- Maintains referral tracking system and mailing list.
- Works directly with Administrative Team to develop annual Outreach and Enrollment Plan and all other appropriate collateral materials including newsletters, press releases and advertising.
- Participates in marketing activities, such as senior health fairs, to expand census in the LIFE Geisinger program.
- Monitors enrollment data and collects statistical information as required by various regulatory agencies, including but not limited to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
- Prepares reports as requested in a timely basis.
- Plans and coordinates open houses and marketing events to enhance exposure for LIFE Geisinger in the local community.
- Works with Intake Coordinator(s) to develop the most efficient method and process for enrollment determinations.
- As part of the Administrative Team actively participates in the strategic planning process for LIFE Geisinger Administration, including development and implementation of expanded programming and services.
- Provides timely feedback regarding participant and caregiver satisfaction, competitive trends, and quality perception.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and inter-program committees as assigned.
- Develops process and monitors effectiveness of personnel responsible for Center tours and information delivered to actual or potential participants.
- Provide back up support to Intake Coordinators for enrollment inquiries and evaluation.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Education
Bachelor's Degree- (Required)Experience
