Assistant Registrar
Job Summary
Maintain accurate and complete student academic records including registration, grade and narrative evaluations to ensure and validate graduation requirements are met. This position will also work with the Registrar in many facets of helping to prepare students for residency applications.
Job Duties
- Maintain and manage data and information in the student information system for all students with emphasis on the graduate school.
- Including enrollment and degree verification for outside agencies.
- Maintain an updated bulletin of policies and course listing pertinent to the college.
- Manage and enroll all students by term as appropriate to their curriculum.
- Help to maintain the on-line registration system.
- Assist the Registrar in the collection, posting and reporting of all final grades in the Student Information System for all programs Maintain a database on each student that tracks the student’s progress toward completion of graduation requirements.
- Meet with M3 and M4 students as they prepare for residency and participate in the weekly residency planning meetings.
- Assist the Registrar with the National Residency Match Process which includes Presentations, account set-up, Match letter generation and statistical information.
- Assist the Registrar with all Commencement related activities as needed.
