Job Summary

Serves as an accountable manager for the HR Operations and Employee Contact Center teams and supports alignment of these HR functions to the organization's HR and enterprise strategies. Establishes clear accountabilities and defined roles and responsibilities for team members, leading to consistent organization-wide HR processes and policies. Responsible for leading this team to effectively utilize HCM and all technology solutions to perform their functions efficiently.

Job Duties

  • Manages HR team members including supervision, evaluation and administrative duties.
  • Responds effectively to service recovery needs and escalated issues.
  • Leads the upskilling of team members and supports continuous professional development for HR team member career paths.
  • Share knowledge and educate freely to support team members to work at highest ability.
  • Utilizes analytics, data and metrics to analyze different relevant trends and scenarios related to performance of teams and organizational needs.
  • Proactively works with leaders within HR and other areas of the organization to implement strategies to effectively address needs and improve the performance of the HR Operations team and the candidate, contingent worker and employee experience.
  • Fosters relationships with team members across HR and within the organization that are relevant and required to effectively perform job duties.
  • Helps to identify business challenges, recommends, implements and measures innovative solutions.
  • Manages partnerships with vendors and external consultants.
  • Responsible for lean/process enhancement and project management for operations.
  • Evaluates current systems and uncovers inefficiencies to improve results and the employee experience.
  • Meets targets/deadlines while bringing fresh, new ideas for process improvements, as well as creative ways to engage with relevant stakeholders and our team members.

Education

Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Master's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum of 3 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required), Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
