Job Summary
Provides administration and coordination of services at the assigned adult day center. Responsible for on-site supervision of staff and participants.
Job Duties
- Provides leadership at the assigned adult day center and assists in the management of Participant care plans.
- Ensures that frontline staff and team members understand the importance of their roles and the roles of others and remain open to the cooperative dynamic of the team.
- Demonstrates respect for Participants and staff.
- Maintains a cooperative and supportive work relationship with Participants, family, and program staff.
- Works with the quality management program to evaluate and improve performance.
- Coordinates service delivery of the Adult Day Center.
- Coordinates the effective operations of activities within the center including but not limited to: rehabilitation, transportation, medical clinic, home care and recreational activity within the standards and regulations of the program.
- Assists in the development of recommendations for the annual budget for center operations and monitors budget performance by service and per member month.
- Ensures that participants are oriented to the program and have opportunities to express opinions about the care and services they receive.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assists in the preparation of statistical and other reports required by Administration, funding or contracting agencies.
- Ensures that the Center meets all credentialing standards and ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assists in preparing for scheduled and unscheduled inspections, and audits.
- Direct and oversees the staff and volunteers for the designated service area.
- Ensures staff is maintained and trained at the appropriate levels to provide safe and effective care and recommends staffing levels in planning and budget development.
- Coordinates orientation and in-service programs for staff to meet regulatory requirements and to support performance improvement.
- Coordinates with the manager to ensure vendor, employee, and participant understanding of the PACE model and cooperation with the care management and regulatory processes.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

Education
